European Union donates humanitarian aid to Iraq and Syria worth 200 million euros

(IraqiNews.com) Baghdad – The European Union announced on Tuesday providing humanitarian aid worth 200 million euros to Iraq and Syria.
EU Commissioner for humanitarian aid and crisis management said in a statement followed by IraqiNews.com, “We successfully provided humanitarian aid to Iraq and Syria worth 200 million euros,” adding that “We provided 40 million euros to Iraq, and another 20 million to Turkey and the remaining amount of 140 million euros to cover the expenses of displaced Syrians in Syria, Lebanon and Jordan.”
