ANBAR / IraqiNews.com: Security personnel in Anbar have been ordered to take strict action against those who fire their weapons during social occasions and wedding ceremonies. “Strict measures will be taken against those who fire randomly during feasts and social occasions, particularly during wedding ceremonies, which cause many casualties among civilians,” the media director in Anbar, Maj.
