 44 people killed, injured in explosion south-east of Turkey

(IraqiNews.com) Baghdad – Five people were killed and 39 others were injured in an explosion of a car bomb in Diyarbakir District south east of Turkey.

A statement received by IraqiNews.com said, “Kurdish gunmen carried out the attack using a car bomb on a police complex in the district, killing five people and injuring 39 others.”

Noteworthy, ten people were killed and 15 others were wounded in a suicide bombing in Sultanahmet Square in the center of Istanbul last Tuesday.
