Police arrest 26 wanted men, defuse bomb in Basra

BASRA / IraqiNews.com: Police forces arrested 26 wanted men and defused a bomb during security operations in separate areas of Basra, a security source said Tuesday. “Police forces waged crackdown operations in separate areas of Basra on Tuesday (Oct. 20). Where they arrested 26 wanted men,” the source told IraqiNews.com news agency. “Criminal police forces managed to defuse an explosive charge in central Basra,” he added.
