2 investment power stations in Thi-Qar

THI-QAR / IraqiNews.com: The Iraqi Electricity Ministry has initially agreed to construct two investment power stations in Thi-Qar, the province’s governor said on Monday. “The projects are implemented in accordance with the Ministry’s investment plans,” Talib al-Hassan told Iraqi News. “One of the two stations is powered by heavy fuel and has a capacity of 600 Megawatt, while the other station is fueled by natural gas and has a capacity of 500 Megawatt,” he said.
