Trade Ministry’s new storage in Mosul receives 2,000 tons of rice

NINEWA / IraqiNews.com: The Iraqi Trade Ministry’s Bazwaiya new storage in Mosul city has received 2,000 tons of rice, the storage’s director said on Monday. “The U.S. and Thai rice was supplied via Umm Qasr port in Basra province,” Ahmed Fadhil told Iraqi News. “This is the first time that this storage has received materials, which was finalized a few weeks ago,” he said. Fadhil pointed out that the storage’s capacity reaches tens of thousands of seeds. Mosul, the capital city of Ninewa province, lies 405 km north of Baghdad. MH (P)/SR 1
