MoU signed to encourage investments in Thi-Qar

THI-QAR / IraqiNews.com: The Thi-Qar Investment Commission signed a Memorandum of Understanding with a Jordanian firm to market and promote the province’s investment plan in Jordan and the world, the Commission’s spokesperson said Wednesday. “The contract was signed at the Jordanian capital Amman,” Hussein Dwej al-Jabberi told Iraqi News. “The Commission will adopt a new mechanism to guarantee investors’ rights,” he said. Nassiriya, the capital city of Thi-Qar province, lies 380 km south of Baghdad. MH (P)/SH 2
