Agriculture Ministry says MoU inked with Jordan

BAGHDAD / IraqiNews.com: The Agriculture Ministry’s State Company for Veterinary Services has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Jordanian Ministry of Agriculture on the flow of agricultural goods between the two countries. “A ministry delegation led by the agriculture minister, Akram al-Hakim, visited Amman and signed a MoU with the Jordanian Agriculture Ministry,” the director general of the company, Sabah Jassem Mozan, told Iraqi News. Under the memorandum, Iraq will be able to export surplus vegetables and fruit and import other items from Jordan, Mozan explained. SS (P)/SR 1
