Security forces fully liberate Juwiba, raise Iraqi flag over its buildings

(IraqiNews.com) Anbar – On Monday the Head of Khalidiya District Council Ali Daoud stated, that the security forces fully liberated Juwiba area and raised the Iraqi flag over its buildings.
Daoud said in a statement followed by IraqiNews.com, “The security forces from the Anti-Terrorism Bureau, Iraqi army and police carried a wide-scale operation and managed to fully liberate Juwiba area east of Ramadi, and raised the Iraqi flag over its buildings.”
Daoud added, “The area is currently under the control of the security forces, after the killing of dozens of ISIS members,” pointing out that, “The security forces were able to release the families that were used by ISIS as human shield in the region.”
