(IraqiNews.com) Diyali – al-Azeem District Council announced on Tuesday the return of 55 displaced families from the teaching staff to their homes, asserting that the decision to return them was exceptional in order to support the educational process in the district.

The head of the district council, Abdul Jabbar al-Obeidi, said in a statement received by IraqiNews.com, “55 displaced families, including teachers and service staff in schools, have returned to their houses in the district of al-Azeem,” pointing out that, “The decision to return the displaced families came as an exceptional decision by Dijla Operations.”

He added, “The return of teaching staff will enhance the educational process in al-Azeem.”
