Source: Combat tanks and modern drones arrive in Iraq to participate in liberating Nineveh

(IraqiNews.com) Baghdad – An informed source in the Ministry of Defense said on Thursday, that two batches of unmanned aerial vehicles and advanced tanks have arrived in Iraq to participate in the liberation operation of Nineveh Province.

The source said in a brief statement followed by IraqiNews.com, “The ministry received, today, modern unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV) that will participate in the liberation operations of Nineveh,” noting that, “Those UAVs will take photos and bombard vital and tactical targets belonging to the ISIS.”

The source added, “A batch from modern combat tanks also arrived in Iraq to participate in the liberation operations of Nineveh.”
