Finance minister finishes 2010 budget

BAGHDAD / IraqiNews.com: The Iraqi Finance Minister, Bayyan Jabur, submitted to the Council of Ministers on Thursday the project of the 2010 federal budget. “The Council will start debating the budget early next week,” said a release posted on the Ministry’s website.
