(IraqiNews.com) Nineveh – On Saturday, a local source in Nineveh Province revealed, that the so-called ISIS has opened 17 currency exchange offices in the center of Mosul.

The source said in a statement followed by IraqiNews.com, “Today, members of Diwan al-Hisbah in the so-called ISIS have opened 17 currency exchange offices in Mosul Stock Exchange in the center of the city.”

The source, who spoke on condition of anonymity, added, “The ISIS members opened these offices to control the money entering Mosul, in addition to transferring funds outside the province after the notable increase in the U.S. dollar price during the past few days.”
