Jan Kubis said in a statement received by IraqiNews.com, “The mass graves was an evidence of the heinous crimes ISIS had committed,” pointing out that, “The international community should take steps to ensure the accountability of ISIS fighters.”

Kubis added, “I condemn in the strongest possible terms the continued killings, kidnapping, rape and torture of Iraqis by ISIS, which may constitute crimes against humanity, war crimes and even genocide.”
