KARBALA / IraqiNews.com: Four civilians were killed and seven others were wounded in an oil tank explosion in the east of Karbala , a media official said. “The oil tank of a small bus went off on Monday (Sept. 7) in al-Ibrahimiya region, east of Karbala, killing four civilians, including the Karbala club soccer player, Ameer Saadi, and injuring seven others,” Major Alaa Abbas told Iraqi News.
