Security force arrest wanted man while trying to sneak to Diwaniyah
Security forces arrest a suspect.
(IraqiNews.com) al-Qadisiyyah – Diwaniyah Police Command announced on Thursday of arresting a man wanted on terrorism charges while he was trying to sneak into the city.
Diwaniyah Police Chief Major General Hamza Abd Zaid said in a press statement, “Detachment belonging to Diwaniyah-Najaf checkpoint managed to arrest one person, who was wanted on terrorism charges, while he was trying to sneak from Najaf to Diwaniyah.”
Abd Zaid added, “The [security] force moved the accused to the Anti-Terrorism department to complete the legal procedures.”
