Police arrest one ISIS fighter in Basra

(IraqiNews.com) Basra – Iraqi Ministry of Interior on Saturday announced arresting an ISIS member during an operation carried out by police at Basra.
The spokesman for the ministry, Brigadier General Saad Moen, in a brief statement issued to the media and also obtained by Iraqi News said,“Basra Police Chief Major General Abdel Krim Mostafa announced arresting one ISIS member in Basra.”
Noteworthy, Basra Province had witnessed a security problems since November 2015.
