Jabouri condemns Turkey’s latest events

(IraqiNews.com) BAGHDAD – Speaker of the Iraqi Council of Representatives Salim al-Jabouri has condemned the latest events witnessed in Turkey and the attack on the Turkish parliament that took place yesterday.
Jabouri’s media office, in a statement issued to the media, stated, “Jabouri follows the latest events that were witnessed by Turkey with great interest.”
“The Speaker of the Iraqi Council of Representatives emphasized the importance of respecting the constitution and legitimacy, and also condemned the attack on the Turkish parliament,” further stated the statement, adding, “Jabouri also stressed on the need to respect the political process and democratic system in Turkey.”
