Iran announces killing 3 ISIS militants while sneaking from Iraq

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) Iranian Ministry of Interior announced on Thursday killing three members of the Islamic State terrorist group (ISIS), while trying to sneak to Iran to carry out terrorist operations.
Iranian Deputy Interior Minister for Security Affairs, Hossein Zolfaqari, said in a press statement, “Iranian security forces received intelligence information indicating that a group of three ISIS members tried to sneak into Iran through the western borders, to launch terrorist attacks in the country.”
“The terrorist team who wanted to enter the country through the borders were smashed by the Iranian security and intelligence forces, before launching any attacks in the country,” Zolfaqari added.
Zolfaqari further appreciated the country’s Ministry of Intelligence for its vigilance during that security operation.
