Bomb wounds civilian, 6 nabbed in Diala

DIALA / IraqiNews.com: One civilian on Saturday was injured in a bombing and six wanted persons were arrested in two separate incidents in Diala, according to a local police source. “On Saturday, a sticky improvised explosive device (IED) hit a civilian vehicle on a main street in Baladrouz district (45 km southeast of Baaquba), wounding one civilian and causing severe damage to the vehicle,” the source told IraqiNews.com news agency. In a separate incident, police personnel conducted several raids in different parts of Baaquba, during which six wanted men were arrested in accordance with Article IV of the terrorism law.
