Gunmen wounded while planting bomb in Diala

DIALA / IraqiNews.com: Two gunmen on Saturday were injured while they were trying to plant an improvised explosive device (IED) on the road between al-Saadiya and Mandali, according to a local police source. “The device detonated on the main road linking al-Saadiya and Mandali districts,” the source told IraqiNews.com news agency. “Police forces arrived at the scene of the blast and seized two weapons in their possession,” the source pointed out.
