Negervan Barzani hails Germany’s role in economic movement in Kurdistan

BAGHDAD / IraqiNews.com: Kurdistan’s Prime Minister Negervan Barzani praised the German role in the development of the economic and commercial movement in the Kurdistan region, according to an official statement. “Negervan Barzani received on Thursday (Oct. 15) a high-profile German delegation, including the new German ambassador and the general consul in Kurdistan,” said the statement received by IraqiNews.com news agency. “The premier hailed the German participation in the Arbil International Fair and its role in the development of the economic and commercial movement in Kurdistan region,” it added. “The German delegation asserted its keenness to foster ties with Kurdistan, mainly in commercial, economic and investment fields,” it said.
