ID13b to compensate farmers in Kirkuk

KIRKUK / IraqiNews.com: The higher committee to execute article 140 has allocated ID13 billion to compensate farmers in Kirkuk, a member of the province’s Council said on Tuesday. “The compensation will embrace farmers who have lands within the security belt of displaced areas in Kirkuk,” Riyadh Mohammed Danog told IraqiNews.com news agency. He said that farmers’ loans will be discounted from the compensation. The oil-rich city of Kirkuk lies 250 km northeast of Baghdad. MH (P)/SR  1
