New mechanism to execute donor-funded projects in Basra

BASRA / IraqiNews.com: New mechanism has been agreed on to execute projects in Basra funded by donor countries, the province’s first deputy governor said on Wednesday. “The local authority in Basra will directly supervise the projects,” Nazar Rabeea al-Jabberi told IraqiNews.com news agency.
