Basra delegation takes part in electricity fair in Tehran

BASRA / IraqiNews.com: A delegation from the Basra provincial council left for Iran on Friday to take part in the Tehran international for electricity projects, an official source said. “A delegation, headed by the chairman of the local council, left for Tehran on Friday (Oct. 30) to take part in the Tehran international fair for the electricity projects and to be acquainted with the Iranian companies’ capabilities and the possibility of carrying out projects in Basra,” Ziyad Ali Fadel told IraqiNews.com news agency. “We have a problem in the electricity sector in Basra and we seek to fix this problem before next summer,” he added.
