11 solar-powered water compounds in Karbala

KARBALA / IraqiNews.com: Eleven water compounds powered by solar energy have been installed in Karbala, to provide drinking water to the province’s villages. “The compounds’ capacities vary between 1, 3, and 5 cubic meters per hour,” Engineer Hayder Abdilabbass, the Karbala water director, told IraqiNews.com news agency.
