IS sniper kills volunteer soldier south of Kirkuk

Kirkuk (IraqiNews.com) A security source in Kirkuk Province revealed that a member of al-Hashd al-Shaabi was killed by an Islamic State’s sniper, south of the province, Alsumaria reported on Tuesday.
The source said, “A sniper, belonging to the Islamic State group, shot a member of al-Hashd al-Shaabi, at after noon today, in Qasbat Bashir in Tuz Kharmatu area (20 km south of Kirkuk), killing him immediately.”
“The body was transferred to the forensic medicine department in the province,” the source further added.
The province of Kirkuk in witnessing several security violations from time to time, leaving civilians and security casualties.
