Basra deputy governor, UAE delegation review investment opportunities

BASRA / IraqiNews.com: Deputy governor of Basra, Nezar Rabieaa al-Jaberi, discussed on Wednesday with a delegation from the United Arab Emirates the investment opportunities and the latest economic developments in the southern province. “Talks with the UAE delegation tackled the investment opportunities in Basra and the significant presence of international companies in the province in the past two months,” al-Jaberi told IraqiNews.com news agency. “Holding economic and investment conferences in the US and Germany asserted encouraging global companies to come and invest in the province,” he explained. “The province enjoys a stable security condition the matter which encourages international companies to come and invest in it,” he said.
