VP condemns Ramadi explosions

BAGHDAD / IraqiNews.com: Iraqi Vice President Tareq al-Hashemi condemned on Tuesday the three explosions that rocked Ramadi city on Sunday. “We condemn these sinful attacks that targeted innocent Iraqis,” Hashemi by his office in in a release received by IraqiNews.com news agency. He said that the attacks confirm information that there are plots to disrupt Iraq’s security. “The blasts aim at curbing honest efforts to provide suitable environments for the upcoming election,” he said. Sunday’s explosions in Ramadai, 110 km west of Baghdad, left eight people dead and 22 others wounded. Ramadi is the capital of the predominantly Sunni province of al-Anbar. MH (P)/AmR 1
