Houthis kill former Yemeni President Ali Abdullah Saleh in Sanaa
(Iraqi News) Syria News reported, on Monday, that the Houthi-controlled Ministry of Interior announced killing the Former Yemeni President Ali Abdullah Saleh in the capital, Sanaa.
The ministry announced via the Houthi-owned “Al Masirah TV” Channel the end of what it called as “Treason Militia” and capturing all of its hideouts in the capital, Sanaa, its outskirts and other provinces, and said in a statement, “The militias of treason are finished and their leader has been killed.”
Furthermore, the ministry accused the former president of killing civilians, cutting road, provoking chaos, disturbing public tranquility, establishing direct relations with enemy states, in addition to trying to cut off the entrances to cities, along intensive air strikes carried out by the Yemeni Air Force.
