Plenary meeting in Ninewa over swine flu

NINEWA / IraqiNews.com: The Ninewa Health Department on Saturday held a plenary meeting with representatives from the Ninewa Education Department over the H1N1 strain, known widely as the swine flu. “The Ninewa Health Department, as part of precautionary measures regarding reported spread of swine flu in southern provinces, met with members of the educational supervision in the province’s Education Department, to discuss information on the disease and preventive means,” the health department chief, Salah al-Din Zannoun Hussein, told IraqiNews.com news agency. “It was agreed during the meeting that the symposia grouping school administrations in the province would be held to follow measures to prevent the spread of the disease in students’ circles,” he added.
