Swine flu cases up to 5 in Missan

MISSAN / IraqiNews.com: The number of H11N1 cases registered in Missan have increased to five after detecting three new cases in southern Amara, head of the health and environment department in Missan council said on Friday. “Three new cases, including two brothers, have been confirmed on Friday (Nov. 6) in al-Majar al-Kabier district, southern Amara,” Maytham Lafta told IraqiNews.com news agency. “The five persons received necessary treatment at the general chest hospital and their condition are stable,” he added. Amara, the capital of Missan, lies 390 km south of Baghdad. SH (P) 1
