130 new schools opened in Missan
MISSAN / IraqiNews.com: A total of 130 new schools have been opened in Missan throughout one year, a local education official said on Sunday. “The schools are located all over the province,” the director of the education department in the province, Abdulhakeem Fakher, told IraqiNews.com news agency. The ministry’s decision to open more schools in Missan aims to abolish the double shift system, Fakher indicated. Only 12 schools are currently implementing a double-shift system, he added. Amara, the capital city of Missan, lies 390 km south of Baghdad. SS (P) 1
