3 wanted men nabbed in Wassit

WASSIT / IraqiNews.com: Army forces arrested three wanted men in north of Kut for killing more than 100 persons, commander of the Quick Response Department (QRD) said on Wednesday. “QRD forces in Wassit arrested on Tuesday night (Nov. 3) three wanted men in al-Suwaiyra district. They confessed to killing more than 100 persons in Wassit,” Major Azeez Latief told IraqiNews.com news agency. “They were arrested after returning from Syria to Iraq to take their families,” he added.
