ANBAR / IraqiNews.com: Police forces have foiled two suicide bombings targeting a police station in eastern Ramadi City, a local security source said on Saturday. “Intelligence reports have helped police personnel foil two suicide bombings targeting a police station in al-Qatana area, eastern Ramadi,” the source told IraqiNews.com news agency. According to the plan, a suicide bomber was intended to drive a car bomb into the station, while another was intended to detonate his suicide belt among rescuers a few minutes after the first blast, the source pointed out. Five persons have been arrested over their suspected links to the attacks, he added. Ramadi, the capital city of Anbar province, lies 110 km west of Baghdad. SS (P)/SR 2
