Civilian wounded in Anbar blast

ANBAR / IraqiNews.com: One civilian has been injured in an explosive charge blast in Anbar, a local police source said on Monday. “This morning, an explosive device detonated near a house in Rawa district, western Anbar, wounding one civilian who was close to the scene of the blast,” the source told IraqiNews.com news agency. Security forces blocked off all roads leading to the scene and took the wounded to a nearby hospital for treatment, the source added. Ramadi, the capital of Anbar, lies 110 km west of Baghdad.
