7 wanted men, suspects nabbed in Anbar

ANBAR / IraqiNews.com: Police forces arrested on Monday seven wanted persons and suspected gunmen in western Anbar, a police source said. “Policemen launched on Monday (Feb. 15) a security raid in a number of villages and regions in Kabiesa district in western Anbar, where they arrested seven wanted men and suspected gunmen,” the source told IraqiNews.com news agency. “The operation was launched in light of recent blasts that targeted policemen’s houses this morning,” he explained. A security source had said earlier that unknown gunmen had detonated two houses of policemen on Monday morning, killing a woman and injuring three.
