Iranian killed, 5 Shiite visitors wounded in Baghdad

BAGHDAD / IraqiNews.com: An Iranian woman was killed and five others were wounded in an attack on two buses carrying Iranian visitors in Baghdad, according to the Baghdad Operations Command’s statement. “Two busses, carrying Iranian visitors, were attacked on Wednesday morning (Jan. 27) by gunmen in the region between al-Adl and al-Shualla neighborhoods,” said the statement received by IraqiNews.com news agency. “The attack killed one of the two drivers, an Iraqi, and an Iranian woman and wounded five, who were carried to nearby hospitals for treatment,” it added.
