Gasoline crisis in Wassit to end in two days
WASSIT / IraqiNews.com: The crisis of distributing gasoline in Wassit province will end in the coming two days, official of the branch of oil products company in Wassit said on Friday. “A big crisis of distributing oil products, including gasoline, is being witnessed in Wassit since three days,” Ahmad Saleh Hadi told IraqiNews.com news agency. “The gasoline crisis came as a result of a technical failure in the pipeline carrying oil products from Thi-Qar to Kut,” he added. “A total of 40 containers of fuel were sent to Thi-Qar and Baghdad to distribute them among the national stations,” he said, noting that sending the fuel to Kut is a matter of time until fixing the technical failure. Kut, the capital of Wassit, is 180 km southeast of Baghdad. SH (P) 1
