German firm to invest in 5 power stations in Salah al-Din

SALAH AL-DIN / IraqiNews.com: Salah al-Din Investment Commission granted a German firm a permission to construct five steam-driven power stations in the province. “The station’s capacity will vary from 5 to 25 MW,” Tami Saob, the committee’s deputy head, told IraqiNews.com news agency on Wednesday. He said that work in the five stations will start three months from now. “The stations will be finalized within 18 months,” Saob noted.
