Huwaiyja’s 2010 budget not enough – official

KIRKUK / IraqiNews.com: Chairman of the Huwaiyja local council on Wednesday criticized the budget allocated for the district this year, asserting that it does not fulfill the district’s needs. “The 6-billion Iraqi dinars budget is unfair and does not fit the district’s needs,” Hussein Ali Saleh told IraqiNews.com news agency. “Al-Huwaiyja district need projects in all fields, mainly in health, education and agriculture fields,” he noted. Finance ministry allocated 115 billion Iraqi dinars for Kirkuk in 2010 and the Kirkuk council opposed this budget. SH (P) 1
