27 mortar shells found in western Karbala

KARBALA / IraqiNews.com: Twenty-seven mortar shells were found in containers buried in western Karbala, a media official said on Thursday. “Police forces found on Thursday (Feb. 11) nine containers buried in al-Jamaliya region, western Karbala, containing 27 mortar shells,” Major Alaa Abbas told IraqiNews.com news agency. “The operation was launched in light of intelligence information,” he added.
