High ranking gunman nabbed in Mosul

NINEWA / IraqiNews.com: Police forces on Monday arrested the deputy oil minister of the so-called armed group Islamic State of Iraq in central Mosul city. “The force arrested today Dhiaa Abdullah, known as Abu-Maria,” a local security source told IraqiNews.com news agency. He said that the force found documents of the Islamic State of Iraq with Abu-Maria. “The operation relied on intelligence tip offs,” the source said.
