Hand grenade injures cop, civilian, child in Mosul

NINEWA / IraqiNews.com: One policeman, a civilian and a child were wounded in a hand grenade attack in central Mosul, a police source said on Tuesday. “Unknown gunmen threw a hand grenade at a police vehicle patrol in al-Farouq region, central Mosul, injuring a policeman, a civilian, and a child,” the source told IraqiNews.com news agency. “The police carried the wounded to a nearby hospital for treatment,” he added, without giving further details.
