BAGHDAD / IraqiNews.com: The Iraqi Parliament on Monday approved the appointment of Roz Nouri Shawis as a deputy prime minister, an independent lawmaker said. “During its session on Monday, the Parliament voted for the appointment of Roz Nouri Shawis as a deputy of Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki, replacing MP Barham Saleh,” Shaza al-Mousawi told IraqiNews.com news agency.
