UN representative in Kirkuk

KIRKUK / IraqiNews.com: The U.N. representative in Iraq on Wednesday visited Kirkuk to activate and move forward the suspended folder of real-estate properties in the province. “The U.N. representative in Iraq had a number of meetings with local officials in Kirkuk,” a media source from the province told IraqiNews.com news agency. The source said that the U.N. will submit a report on this issue. The oil-rich city of Kirkuk lies 250 km northeast of Baghdad. MH (P)/SR 1
