Talabani, Iranian envoy meet over bilateral ties

BAGHDAD / IraqiNews.com: Iraqi President Jalal al-Talabani has met with the Iranian ambassador to Iraq, Hassan Kazemi Qomi, to discuss a range of issues of common interests and bilateral relations, a presidential statement said on Wednesday. “The meeting tackled relations between Iraq and the Islamic Republic of Iran and the necessity of developing them,” read the statement that was received by IraqiNews.com news agency.
