WABF to arrange 2 basketball events in Iraq

BAGHDAD / IraqiNews.com: West Asian Basketball Federation (WABF) has decided to arrange two basketball tournaments in the Iraqi Kurdistan region. “The first tournament will be for men and will be held in Duhuk on June 5–11, 2010,” Dr. Khalid Najim, the secretary-general of the Iraqi Basketball Federation, told IraqiNews.com news agency on Friday. “The second tournament will be for women and will be played in Arbil on July 17–23, 2010,” he said.
