Instructions given for putting up electoral posters in Anbar

ANBAR / IraqiNews.com: The office of the Independent High Electoral Commission (IHEC) in Anbar has given instructions on how to put up electoral posters in the province. “The posters should be removable, and preferably with iron bases,” a local media director, Arkan Jaber, told IraqiNews.com news agency.
