NINEWA / IraqiNews.com: The youths & sports department in Ninewa has allocated the sum of five billion Iraqi dinars to build a sports facility in Mosul, adding the project, however, might be destroyed by red tape in some government circles, the department director said on Saturday. “Search is underway for a plot of land to set up the project. Red tape regarding the allocation of this plot of land might destroy the project,” Raed al-Obaidi told IraqiNews.com news agency.
